    I arrived on time for my warranty appointment. The service manager wore a mask and so did I. I was asked to wait in the lounge. While in the lounge a parts employee openned more coffee cups while not wearing a mask or gloves. I was not happy. I will not return while the pandemic is going on. In my view he was making a point the mask were not necessary.
